Face-to-face Performance Coaching with me at Anytime Fitness Newstead. One-on-one only. The methodology, the depth, and the quality are identical to online delivery.

2x sessions $299/week · 3x sessions $409/week

Plus a one-off $240 commencement fee that covers the foundational read of your body before coaching begins.

1 PT session option

$199/week

One coached session per week. You train independently the rest. Coach-assessed and best suited to clients who already train consistently on their own and want me as the in-person check-in once a week.

Anytime Fitness Newstead, Brisbane

I coach face-to-face out of Anytime Fitness Newstead. Sessions are 1:1 only. No group training, no shared floor time. The environment is chosen to support the depth the work requires.

Availability is intentionally limited. What I do depends on depth of engagement, not volume of clients. Face-to-face spots are capped to maintain that standard.

Availability

Intentionally limited.

Face-to-face availability is capped. The way I coach needs a level of engagement that doesn't scale — biological tracking, weekly synthesis, program adjustment all depend on it. Limiting client numbers isn't a positioning decision. It's a quality requirement.
