Plus a one-off $240 commencement fee that covers the foundational read of your body before coaching begins.
1 PT session option
$199/week
One coached session per week. You train independently the rest. Coach-assessed and best suited to clients who already train consistently on their own and want me as the in-person check-in once a week.
Location
I coach face-to-face out of Anytime Fitness Newstead. Sessions are 1:1 only. No group training, no shared floor time. The environment is chosen to support the depth the work requires.
Availability is intentionally limited. What I do depends on depth of engagement, not volume of clients. Face-to-face spots are capped to maintain that standard.

Structured weekly data capture submitted through your portal. Each one feeds the CFWS — the read that drives my adjustments between sessions.

Everything in one place between sessions — program, synthesis docs, check-in history, progress data.
Availability
Face-to-face availability is capped. The way I coach needs a level of engagement that doesn't scale — biological tracking, weekly synthesis, program adjustment all depend on it. Limiting client numbers isn't a positioning decision. It's a quality requirement.
